Overview

A NOTE FROM ROBERT COX:

In 2022 I had the opportunity to go on my first 10-day tour to the Holy Land. What an incredible heartfelt, and amazing experience that is hard to describe with words. All the stories I heard, all the scriptures I read and studied during my life, everything I believed from the Word of God that took place thousands of years ago, I was experiencing. I was walking in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior.

God willing, I want others to experience the Holy Land, not as tourists, but as Christians on a religious journey. I will be organizing a 10-day journey from November 6^th through November 15^thto the Holy Land. My desire is this trip will be a step in furthering your spiritual walk and developing a deeper relationship with our Lord and Savior. I will be providing a trip summary which provides a detailed description of each holy site with biblical verses. I hope this will help focus on specific bible verses and make your experience more meaningful and life changing. I hope you will prayerfully consider joining me on this wonderful experience exploring the land of the Bible together.

Day 1 - Friday

November 6, 2026

D.C. Departure

Our journey begins as we depart from IAD Airport for Israel-the Land of the Bible. Our flight leaves around 10:45pm. Sit back, relax, and rest…tomorrow you will be walking where Jesus walked!

Day 2

Day 2 - Saturday

November 7, 2026

ARRIVAL IN ISRAEL / TEL AVIV

We arrive at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport around 3:30pm, where we will be greeted by our airport representative, Israeli guide, and driver. We drive to our hotel for check-in. In the evening, we explore Old Jaffa-believed to be the oldest port city in the world—visit St. Peter’s Church, and enjoy a beautiful view of the Tel Aviv shoreline from Jaffa’s hilltop. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Day 3 - Sunday

November 8, 2026 - Tel Aviv to the Sea of Galilee

CAESAREA / MT. CARMEL / MEGIDDO / NAZARETH / CANA SEA OF GALILEE

After breakfast, we drive north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea Maritime (Acts 9, 10, 25–26), where Cornelius was baptized and where Paul defended his faith. Continue to Mount Carmel (Muchraka), site of Elijah’s challenge to the prophets of Baal. Next, visit Megiddo (1 Kings, 2 Kings; Rev. 16), overlooking the Valley of Armageddon. We then continue to Nazareth and visit the Church of the Annunciation, followed by Cana, where Jesus performed His first miracle (John 2). Drive through the Lower Galilee to our hotel on the Sea of Galilee for dinner and rest.

Day 4

Day 4 - Monday

November 9, 2026 - Sea of Galilee & Upper Galilee

MAGDALA / MOUNT OF BEATITUDES / TABGHA / CAPERNAUM / CAESAREA PHILIPPI

Today we explore Jesus’ ministry sites around the Sea of Galilee. Visit Magdala, home of Mary Magdalene, and its first-century synagogue. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes overlooking the Sea of Galilee, then to Tabgha – the site of the Feeding of the 5,000 and the Primacy of Peter. Visit Capernaum, where Jesus taught and performed many miracles, and see the remains of the synagogue where He ministered. Drive north to Caesarea Philippi (Banias), where Jesus said, “On this rock I will build my Church.” Enjoy a walk to the Banias waterfalls before returning to the hotel for dinner.r.

Day 5

Day 5 - Tuesday

November 10, 2026 – Sea of Galilee & Jordan River

BOAT RIDE / “JESUS BOAT” / YARDENIT / BETH SHEAN / DEAD SEA RESORT

Sail on the Sea of Galilee on a wooden boat, then visit the ancient “Jesus Boat,” dating back 2,000 years. Continue to Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan River.
Drive south through the Beth Shean Valley and stop for an overview of ancient Beth Shean (1 Samuel 31). Continue to the Dead Sea – the lowest place on earth—and check in at our shoreside hotel. Enjoy free time to float in the Dead Sea or enjoy the spa and mineral-rich mud treatments.

Day 6

Day 6 - Wednesday

November 11, 2026 - Dead Sea & Judean Desert

MASADA / EIN GEDI / QUMRAN / JERUSALEM / MOUNT OF OLIVES / GETHSEMANE

After an early breakfast, we drive to Masada and ascend by cable car to explore Herod’s fortress, synagogue, bathhouse, and storerooms. Continue along the Dead Sea to view Ein Gedi, where David hid from Saul.
Visit Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947. Ascend to Jerusalem and stop at the Mount of Olives for a panoramic view of the Holy City. Visit Dominus Flevit, then walk the Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane, home to ancient olive trees dating back to Jesus’ time. Check in to our hotel for dinner.

Day 7

Day 7 - Thursday

November 12, 2026 - Jerusalem Old & New City

*TEMPLE MOUNT / SOUTHERN STEPS / WESTERN WALL / JEWISH QUARTER / MT. ZION / LAST SUPPER / ST. PETER IN GALLICANTU

After breakfast, we enter the Old City via the Dung Gate. Visit the Temple Mount (*subject to conditions), then the Western Wall.
Continue to the Southern Steps, where Jesus entered the Temple. Visit the archaeological park, including the southern wall, ancient streets, and Robinson’s Arch. At the Davidson Center, watch a short film about pilgrimages to the Second Temple.
Walk through the Jewish Quarter to Mt. Zion to visit the Room of the Last Supper and St. Peter in Gallicantu, traditionally Caiaphas’ house. Return to the hotel for a festive Shabbat dinner.

November 14, 2026 - Jerusalem Old City / Bethlehem / Departure

LION’S GATE / VIA DOLOROSA / ST. ANNE / POOL OF BETHESDA / PILATE’S JUDGEMENT HALL / BAZAARS / GARDEN TOMB / BETHLEHEM / FAREWELL DINNER

After breakfast, visit the City of David, then enter the Old City through the Lion’s Gate – the starting point of the Via Dolorosa. Visit St. Anne’s Church, the Pool of Bethesda, and the Judgment Hall of Pilate. Enjoy free time in the Old City bazaars.
Continue to the Garden Tomb for communion and worship. Drive to Bethlehem to visit the Church of the Nativity and Shepherds’ Field. Enjoy a farewell dinner before transferring to the airport. Our United Airlines flight departs shortly after midnight.

A $100 per-person airline deposit is due upon confirmation/reservation of your group air (this is to be paid in one payment)
A $500 per-person tour deposit is due upon registration, but no later than April 3, 2026.
Final payment is due no later than August 18, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation will be applied based on the date the written cancellation is received. Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason for cancellation, including medical and family matters.

* Cancellation between 120 + days prior to departure – $200 per person admin fee will apply
* Cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to departure – cancellation fee of $500 will apply
* Cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to departure – cancellation fee of $1250 will apply
* Cancellation between 59 and 45 days prior to departure – cancellation fee of $1750 will apply
* Cancellation between 44 and 31 days prior to departure – cancellation fee of $2000 will apply
* Cancellation between 30 days to day of departure or non-show – cancellation fee of 100% will apply

What an eye opening experience! This tour brought the scriptures to life in ways we never imagined. We had great learning opportunities as we visited sites in the Bible and learned from archeology. The tour guides in Israel and Nazareth were wonderful. Their stories of what it was like to live as a Christian there provided us with insights we would not gain anywhere else. We can’t say enough about both our tour guides who were immensely knowledgeable, easy to relate to and understand, flexible, and patient. What an amazing experience!

This was a lifelong bucket list trip for me. So my expectations were high, AIT did not disappoint . At the airport waiting for me was a representative greeting me with a sign at 3:00 in the morning. He guided me to my first hotel and got me checked in. Accommodations were superior at all locations. The trip flowed better than expected with incredible guides all along the way. Their historical knowledge as well as their Biblical knowledge about every site we visited was amazing. Intal (a Jewish Christian) was the best. She was knowledgeable, pleasant, and encouraging to some of us that were struggling at times. They protected us from unwanted vendors. Will there be a Bucket Trip 2 ? Who knows, but If so it will definitely be with AIT! We felt safe the entire time.

Best Group Ever! Thank you to AIT for a great experience. From the moment we landed we were well taken care of. All the hotels were wonderful and the food exceptional. everyone enjoyed this trip so so much.
I absolutely appreciate Yoram’s interaction with everyone. He made our trip fun and we all connected so well with him. Our driver Mudi was the best! He had a very warm personality and was always available to help everyone wherever he could. He even helped serve food at one of the restaurants we stopped at for lunch. Our group loved this tour so much, saying goodbye to Yoram and Mudi was hard. Until Next year in Jerusalem!

From start to finish AIT had everything covered. Picking me up at the airport upon my arrival; to taking me to the airport at the end of the tour, Their tour guide was outstanding (thank you Jair) and our driver (thank you Maher) was also wonderful. As a vegetarian, my friends were concerned I would not have my dietary needs met. Israel is a vegetarian paradise. So many wonderful veggies as well as excellent falafel. At all the sites, our guide read the corresponding passages from the Bible. This was one of safest places I have ever visited. Not once did I feel any concern for my safety

I saw many biblical sights and it was great the guide read scripture at each one. The group of 12 became close friends. I had a favorite site each day, but the Galilee boat ride, Messada, & Via Dolorosa stood out.
