Day 1

Day 1 - Sunday

October 4, 2026 – Depart USA

Depart the U.S. on an overnight flight to Egypt.

Day 2

Day 2 - Monday

October 5 – Arrive Cairo

Arrive in Cairo, transfer to hotel near the Pyramids, dinner and rest.

Day 3

Day 3 - Tuesday

October 6 – Pyramids & Museum

Visit the Pyramids, Sphinx, Great Pyramid, camel ride, and Grand Egyptian Museum.

Day 4

Day 4 - Wednesday

October 7 – Sinai Wilderness

Travel through Sinai tracing the Exodus route, overnight near Mt. Sinai.

Day 5

Day 5 - Thursday

October 8 – Mt. Sinai to Jordan

Optional Mt. Sinai climb, St. Catherine’s Monastery, ferry to Aqaba, Jordan.

Day 6

Day 6 - Friday

October 9 – Aqaba Free Day

Free day at the Red Sea resort or optional Wadi Rum tour.

Day 7

Day 7 - Saturday

October 10 – Petra & Dead Sea

Explore Petra, then continue to the Dead Sea for overnight.

Visit Madaba and Mt. Nebo, cross into Israel, arrive in Tel Aviv.

Arrival is recommended between late morning and 5:00 PM.

Connection with your private church group
Travelers participating in the optional pre-tour will join the church’s private group upon arrival in Tel Aviv on the evening of October 11, 2026.

Travelers’ Departure Flight
Departure from Israel (TLV – Ben Gurion Airport) should be on Sunday evening, October 18, 2026.
To complete the itinerary as planned on the final day, a late-evening flight on October 18, 2026 is required.

* A 4% credit card handling fee applies to the final payment when paid by credit card.
The $500 tour deposit is not subject to a credit card handling fee.

Cancellation Policy for the Egypt / Jordan extension

Once a deposit or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation will be applied based on the date the written cancellation is received.
* Cancellation between 120 + days prior to departure – $100 per person admin fee will apply in addition to any cancelation fees on main tour
* Cancellation between 119 and 90 days prior to departure – cancel fee of $250 will apply in addition to any cancelation fees on main tour
* Cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to departure – cancel fee of $750 will apply in addition to any cancelation fees on main tour
* Cancellation between 59 and 45 days prior to departure – cancel fee of $1000 will apply in addition to any cancelation fees on main tour
* Cancellation between 44 and 31 days prior to departure – cancel fee of $1500 will apply in addition to any cancelation fees on main tour
* Cancellation between 30 days to day of departure or non-show – cancel fee of 100% will apply
