Friends of Zion Museum – A New Jerusalem Museum Added to our Holy Land Tours!

America Israel Tours is proud to announce the addition of a new stop on our Holy Land Tour packages! The Friends of Zion Museum uses state of the art technology to tell the stories of Christian Zionists who fought to protect the Jewish people and reestablish and support the nation of Israel. This Jerusalem museum opened its doors earlier this year to reveal six powerful exhibits featuring special effects such as holograms, 3-D videos, and high definition screens.

While the impact of Christians in the history of the Nation of Israel is often overlooked, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recognized their significant role in the Zionist movement. In a 2012 speech he said, “I don’t believe that the Jewish State and Modern Zionism would have been possible without Christian Zionism”.

–Benjamin Netanyahu

The goal of the Friends of Zion Museum is to bring these stories to light. Spanning from the British Mandate, the Holocaust, the establishment of the State of Israel, and the present day, the interactive exhibits of the museum focus on the numerous people throughout history who have stood alongside the Jewish people. The final exhibit features a moving video calling people to make the scriptural declaration of “Here am I” and to stand in defense of God’s Chosen People.

It is a great pleasure to give our travelers the opportunity to enjoy this remarkable museum. We began sending our Holy Land tour travelers to this extraordinary museum in June of this year and have received nothing but rave reviews. Join us on one of our Signature Holy Land Tours and experience it for yourself!

What Our Customers Have to Say

The Friends of Zion Museum is a must see when you are in Jerusalem. It brings to life the people throughout the ages that have been True friends of the Jewish people. It starts out in the beginning with Moses and Abraham and takes you thru the ages. The Museum is Magnificent in the cutting edge technology. I loved the interactive displays from the Visionaries like Woodrow Wilson to the hero’s like Harry Truman. My favorite part that touched me the most, was the unknown hero’s that saved many Jewish lives during the Holocaust. The museum truly reminds us of the biblical bond between Christians and Jews. And that bond will never be broken. You must make this incredible museum a part of your visit to Jerusalem!” –Candy Hammond (Visited the Friends of Zion Museum on May 2015)
