Highlights: On this Israel tour we will explore the see the most exciting sights of Tel Aviv – the Diaspora Museum, Rabin’s Square, Old Town Jaffa, the Artists’ Quarter, Neve Tzedek, Sheinkin, and more.
Tour Itinerary: We will begin the tour with a visit to the Diaspora Museum. From there we will drive around the main streets of Tel Aviv, which are the center of business and entertainment of Israel. Next we will stop at Rabin’s Square, the site of the assassination of Prime Minister Itzhak Rabin. We will continue to Old Jaffa, an 8,000 year old port city, where we will visit the ancient ruins and walk along the restored Artist’s Quarter. Then we will visit Neve Tzedek, the first neighborhood of Tel Aviv, built in 1887, and Nahalat Benyamin, the pedestrian street of the city with its musicians, handmade jewelry and artifacts. Next, we will stop at Sheinkin, the lively and colorful street especially known with the unique shops, café life and youthful ambiance.
